Choosing a photo
- Close-ups work best. The ornament is small, so faces in a big group shot become tiny. A tighter crop shows up better.
- Bright, sharp photos print best. Avoid blurry or very dark pictures.
- Send the original file from your phone, not a screenshot or a photo saved from social media.
- Not sure it will work? You’ll see a free design proof before we print anything.
Adding text
Keep wording short. A name and a year read better than a full sentence. Tell us exactly how you’d like names, dates, and spelling written.

Pickup and shipping
Local pickup in Langley by appointment, or shipping across Canada. Every ornament is carefully packed. We serve Langley, Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, and Coquitlam.
Care
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and dry with a soft towel. Avoid abrasive cleaners and rough cloths, which can scratch acrylic. Store it away from heat and direct sunlight.

What is the ornament made of?
It’s a lightweight acrylic ornament, so it’s less fragile than ceramic or glass.
Can I use two different photos?
Yes. Choose “Both sides” and add a photo or text for each side.
Can I add a name and a year?
Yes. Tell us the exact wording and spelling when you order.
Is there a hole for hanging?
Yes. The ornament has a hanging hole with a golden string included.
