Ornaments are the decoration that tells a story. A custom photo ornament turns a favourite moment into something you hang up every December, and a name-and-year ornament marks the Christmas a family grew, a couple got engaged, or a new home became yours. Each ornament is printed to order in Langley, BC, so it’s made just for you or the person you’re giving it to.

Choosing a photo
- Close-ups work best. The ornament is 8 cm across, so faces in a big group shot get small. A tighter crop shows up better.
- Bright, sharp photos print best. Avoid blurry or very dark pictures.
- Send the original file from your phone, not a screenshot or a photo saved from social media, which lowers the quality.
- Not sure it will work? You’ll see a free proof before we print anything.
Adding text
Keep the wording short. On an ornament this size, a name and a year read better than a full sentence. Tell us exactly how you want names and dates written, including spelling.

- Send your photo, names, dates, or message.
- Approve the free design proof.
- We print your ornament and get it ready for pickup or shipping.
When to order
Ornaments are ready in 1 to 3 days. Order by December 10 for Christmas delivery. Earlier is safer, especially if you’re shipping or want time to review the proof. Local pickup is in Langley by appointment, and we ship across Canada. We serve Langley, Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, and Coquitlam.
Care
Wipe with a soft cloth, store it safely, avoid dropping it on hard surfaces, and keep it away from extreme heat. With gentle care, it can come out of the box every year.
Common questions
Can I choose the background colour? No. We choose it, and it can’t be selected.
Can I print on both sides? No, printing is on one side only.
Can I order text only, without a photo? Yes. Choose “Text Only” when you order.
What if my photo isn’t good enough? You’ll see a free proof first, so you can see how it will look before we print.
